WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role your main responsibility will be guiding the growth of the plants and maintaining their structure, an essential step in producing high-quality vegetables. You’ll work in a warm, vibrant greenhouse environment, often at heights of 2–4 meters using special equipment. If you enjoy working with your hands, being active, and contributing to the growth process from root to harvest, this is the role for you! Tasks may include:

Gently wrapping bell pepper stems around support strings to prevent breakage as plants grow taller
Pruning to maintain the plant’s ideal two-stem structure
Remove carefully the excess stems to prevent the plant from growing too wide
Scouting plants for signs of pests or diseases
Working at heights in the greenhouse line (2-4 meters) using special greenhouse machines
Maintain a clean and orderly working environment

YOUR PROFILE

Good Polish or communicative English language knowledge
Driving license is an advantage
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Not afraid of heights
Ability to work in warm conditions
Strong motivation and positive work attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 15,84
Working time: 07:00 - 17:00
Overtime: - above 38 hours per week is paid 135% - above 8 hours per day is paid 135%
Weekend allowance: Saturdays are paid at 150%
Bonus: All employees receive a bonus of € 15 net per week worked (minimal 3 days), which is paid out twice a year in April and October, if your work performance is meeting the company required standard
Earn an extra € 20 net per week (from week 12 to week 30) if you meet the department standard (on top of the € 15 yearly bonus)
5 - 6 days per week
