WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a machine operator, you’ll operate and monitor machinery, ensuring efficient production and resolving minor technical issues when needed. Tasks may include:

Initiating work orders based on instructions from the working foreman (packing department)
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and reporting issues when necessary
Monitoring operations and making adjustments to ensure smooth workflow
Handling basic technical issues, including performing minor maintenance and inspections
Reporting complex technical problems to the working foreman
Maintaining accurate and timely administrative records, including traceability and quality reports
Suggesting process improvements to increase efficiency
Keeping the working foreman informed about progress and any required changes
Training and supporting new and existing packing staff
Maintaining a clean, organized, and orderly work environment
Ensuring proper storage of finished products and packaging materials
Following safety, health (HSE), and hygiene regulations
