WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will work throughout the greenhouse performing a variety of tasks to ensure the roses are healthy, high-quality, and ready for delivery. You will help prepare bouquets, sort flowers, and maintain an organized and efficient workspace, contributing to the smooth operation of the greenhouse. Taks include:

Pack flowers into water-filled containers.
Place containers on tables and organize by order requirements.
Fulfill orders according to specifications and quality standards.
Maintain a clean workspace by cleaning the work area at the end of the shift.
Assist in the greenhouse during periods of low sorting activity (note: greenhouse work can be warm, especially in summer).
Cutting roses in the greenhouse
Hang and sort roses according to quality.
Assemble bouquets and arrange flowers for packaging.

YOUR PROFILE

Ability to work in warm conditions
Motivation
Enthusiastic, driven and proactive
Available to work in the weekend, having a day off during the week
During the first year, work is required over the Christmas period; from the second year onward, Christmas work is optional.
Physically strong and comfortable working with flowers in a greenhouse environment.
Previous experience in flower handling or sorting is a plus.
Height: 1.75 m or taller
Communicative Polish or communicative English language knowledge

WE OFFER

Payment per hour: €14,99
Overtime: above 38 hours per week is paid at 135%
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week

Working hours: 06:00 - 17:00
🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
