Their production covers around 160 hectares, and they grow peppers in four different colors: yellow, orange, red, and green. The company supplies high-quality products to both Dutch retailers and international markets, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and efficient processing.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

THIS JOB OFFER WILL BEGIN IN THE MIDDLE OF 2026. Once the bell peppers are harvested, they move on to the next important step: sorting and packing. As part of this team, you’ll work in a clean and organized place (not inside the greenhouse) where peppers are checked, packed, and prepared for transport. The work takes place in a normal-temperature environment and you’ll be part of a friendly, international team making sure only the best quality reaches stores across Europe. Tasks may include:

Sorting bell peppers based on size, color, and quality
Placing peppers into foil flowpacks (e.g., 2+1 arrangement)
Checking if the foil is applied correctly
Filling boxes with pre-packed peppers
Placing full boxes on the line for palletizing
Monitoring quality and removing damaged products
Following hygiene and safety procedures

YOUR PROFILE

Good English or Polish language knowledge
Driving license is an advantage
Must be able to distinguish between colours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in warm conditions
Responsible
Motivated
For hygiene and safety reasons, company regulations strictly prohibit piercings, fake eyelashes, hearing aid, and fake nails during work. These rules also apply during company tours

WE OFFER

THIS JOB OFFER WILL BEGIN IN THE MIDDLE OF 2026.
Hourly rate: € 16,16
Working time: 05:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 00:00
Overtime: above 38 hours per week is paid at 135%
Weekend allowance: Saturdays are paid at 150%
Bonus: All employees receive a bonus of €15 net per week worked (minimal 3 days), which is paid out twice a year in April and October if your work performance is meeting the company required standard
5 - 6 days per week
45 - 55 hours per week
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 109 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
