WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex situations? Are you a natural organizer with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating smart, efficient planning solutions? Then this role could be a perfect fit for you! As Team Lead Planning, you will guide and support our multidisciplinary planning team, which covers a transport planner, housing planner, maintenance planner (cars & bicycles), and a Staffing Planner. You will be the go-to person who keeps the planning team connected and on track, making sure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis while also stepping in yourself when needed. Besides running daily operations, you’ll focus on the bigger picture, analysing demand and trends so our planning remains strong and reliable in the long term. When a colleague is absent, you’ll step in to keep everything running smoothly. At the same time, you’ll take the lead in improving planning processes, optimizing workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. Tasks include:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the planning team
  • Step in as backup for colleagues when needed, ensuring smooth operations at all times
  • Pinpoint challenges in workflows and turn them into improvements.
  • Implement process improvements and support digitalization/automation initiatives
  • Monitor performances and make sure goals and KPIs are achieved
  • Work closely with other departments (recruitment, sales, job coordinators)
  • Support the team to work efficiently and consistently, while keeping a positive and problem-solving approach.
