The remainder is filled with used pallets, packaging solutions and pallet repair. The company offers a practical and reliable working environment with a focus on sustainability.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this job, you will help making pallets and wooden crates. You'll also be responsible for operating various woodworking machines for pallet production, including stocking, setting up, and adjusting the machines, processing orders, performing quality control, and resolving minor malfunctions. Tasks include:

  •  Crating, sealing, shrinking and securing of machines or materials
  •  Working with different packaging materials and techniques
  •  Operating various woodworking machines for pallet production
  •  Performing quality control and resolving minor malfunctions
  •  The temperature of the workplace will depend on outdoor conditions
  •  Shift allowance: all hours are considered irregular and are therefore paid at 115%
  •  Recycling old wooden pallets
  •  Dusty environment

YOUR PROFILE

  •  Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
  •  For this position, similar work experience is not needed
  • Ability to work in the morning and afternoon
  •  Some tasks may be physically demanding, requiring good overall physical fitness
  •  Strong motivation and positive work attitude
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  Communicative English language knowledge
  •  Experience working as a forklift driver is an advantage
  •  Technical insight

WE OFFER

  •  Hourly rate: € 18,37 - because of working in different shifts, all hours are paid at 115% (€15,98 +15% = €18,37)
  •  Working time: 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 23:45 (rotating shifts)
  •  Shift allowance: all hours are considered irregular and are therefore paid at 115%
  •  Weekend allowance: Saturdays are paid at 150%
  •  36 - 40 hours per week
  •  5 - 6 days per week
  •  Good working conditions
  •  Dutch employment contract
  •  Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
  •  Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
