WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this job, you will help making pallets and wooden crates. You'll also be responsible for operating various woodworking machines for pallet production, including stocking, setting up, and adjusting the machines, processing orders, performing quality control, and resolving minor malfunctions. Tasks include:

The temperature of the workplace will depend on outdoor conditions
Recycling old wooden pallets
Crating, sealing, shrinking and securing of machines or materials
Working with different packaging materials and techniques
Operating various woodworking machines for pallet production
Performing quality control and resolving minor malfunctions
Shift allowance: all hours are considered irregular and are therefore paid at 115%
Dusty environment

YOUR PROFILE

Communicative Polish and communicative English language knowledge
Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
For this position, similar work experience is not needed
Ability to work in the morning and afternoon
Some tasks may be physically demanding, requiring good overall physical fitness
Strong motivation and positive work attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical insight
Experience working as a forklift driver is an advantage

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 18,04 - because of working in different shifts, all hours are paid at 115% (€15,69 +15% = €18,04)
Working time: 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 23:45 (rotating shifts)
Shift allowance: all hours are considered irregular and are therefore paid at 115%
Weekend allowance: Saturdays are paid at 150%
36 - 40 hours per week
5 - 6 days per week
