WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

For this position, you’ll be managing the entire bell peppers production hall in Marknesse (sorting and flowpack). Tasks may include:

Responsible for the entire production hall, including sorting and flowpack operations in Marknesse
Leading and organizing a team of up to 45 employees
Overseeing all outgoing orders and ensuring timely delivery

YOUR PROFILE

Proven experience in managing large teams
Fluent in Polish and good command of English
Dutch language is a plus (Dutch course can be arranged if needed)
Driving license
Willing to work long hours and Saturday when required

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 18,25 per hour
Bonus after one year of good performance
Overtime: above 38 hours per week is paid at 135%
Overtime: above 10 hours per day is paid at 150%
Overtime: above 8 hours per day is paid at 135%
Overtime: above 48 hours per week are paid at 150%
Hours worked after 20:00 are paid at 150%
6 days per week
Working hours may vary between 06:30 and 18:00
Minimum 40 hours per week
🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.
Saturday working hours are typically until 12:00 or 15:00
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands.
