WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Production Employee, you will support the full production process, from preparing materials to packaging and dispatching finished products. This role requires a strong focus on quality, hygiene, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Prepare raw materials and packaging materials.
Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor production machinery.
Perform filling, packaging, and labeling activities.
Handle and move products throughout the production process.
Identify and report operational issues and assist with minor troubleshooting.
Conduct visual and physical quality inspections.
Ensure products meet company quality standards.
Follow all company hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
Transport finished goods within the production area
Record production output, working hours, and relevant observations.

YOUR PROFILE

Good English language knowledge
Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
Previous production experience is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to work in a production environment.
Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
Strong attention to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ability to perform standing work and manual handling tasks.
Physically fit and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 17,30
The company provides suitable work clothing for the department and working conditions.
Working time: two shifts (rotating) 07:00 – 14:00 14:00 – 22:00
6 days per week
Dutch employment contract
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
Accommodation provided (if necessary): € 113,9 per week
🚗 Do you already have private accommodation? We offer travel allowance of €0.25 per km when using your own car (from 6.6 km up to 50 km per day).
🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
