WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Working as a planting line operator means being responsible for keeping the entire planting process running smoothly. You will work alongside the planting machine and make sure trays and young plants are supplied at the right time. You will keep an overview of the process, check the planted pots and add any plants that the machine has missed. If there is a technical problem with the machine, you will inform the technician.

Supplying the planting line with young plants
Checking the planted pots and adding missing plants by hand
Removing used plant trays from the line
Keeping an overview of the planting process and making sure the line continues to run smoothly
Contacting the technician when needed
Keeping the work area clean and organized
You will work in shifts, for example from 06:00 to 18:00, 14:00 to 23:00 or 18:00 to 06:00

YOUR PROFILE

Responsible
Good English language knowledge
For this position, similar work experience is not needed
Candidates with a driving license will be given priority

WE OFFER

5 to 6 working days per week
Hourly rate: € 14,99
If you are performing well, your payment will go from 14,99 to 15,41.
35 to 55 working hours per week
Extra allowances - Hours worked after 20:00 are paid 150% - Hours worked above 10 hours per day: 150% - Hours worked above 38 hours per week: 135% - Hours worked above 48 hours per week: 150%
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Health insurance provided (if necessary): € 38,22 per week
🚗 Do you already have private accommodation? We offer travel allowance of €0.25 per km when using your own car (from 6.6 km up to 50 km per day).
🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
