WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

From supporting and guiding our flex workers outside regular office hours, to arranging transport and replacements in case of illness. From providing bikes or cars for new flex workers, to welcoming new arrivals at our office in Emmeloord, this role is all about being there when it matters most. Are you a reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible person who thrives on communication and coordination tasks? Do you prefer working in the evening or at night instead of early mornings? Then we’re looking for you to join our Night Shift Coordinators Team! Tasks may include:

Serving as the first point of contact for questions, planning issues, or emergency situations, we’ll provide full training for this
Communicating with flex workers and clients across various industries
Handling absence notifications in the early morning and informing clients, while arranging replacements if needed
Writing a clear report at the end of your shift so that your day-shift colleagues can take further action if necessary

YOUR PROFILE

Being available to work 2 weekends per month, if you work a weekend, you’ll have the two days before off
Good Polish and English language knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organization and planning skills
Driving license is needed and private transport to come to work (during the working hours, for work purposes, you can use a Level One car)
You have a strong sense of responsibility for the well-being of our flex workers and the social skills to handle situations calmly and professionally
Eager to solve problems and able to set the right priorities when needed

WE OFFER

Working flexible hours between 17:00 and 08:30 (with remote work from home between 21:00 and 05:00)
Attractive salary: €2506 + 15% extra pay for night shifts
If the role proves to be a good match, you’ll have the opportunity to secure a permanent contract

Dutch health insurance: € 37,87 per week
