WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

THIS JOB OFFER HAS A START DATE OF APRIL 2026. You’ll be working outdoors at one of several tulip farms, often surrounded by stunning flower fields in full bloom. It’s active, physical work, but you won’t be doing it alone. You'll be part of a friendly, motivated team that works together to get the job done. This is a unique opportunity for anyone who enjoys fresh air, hands-on tasks, and the vibrant atmosphere of the Dutch flower season. Tasks may include:

Select and separate different tulip colours
Remove off-type tulips (wrong colour, different shape, uneven growth) from the field
Walk through tulip rows to identify non-conforming plants
Inspecting plants for quality and uniformity
Follow hygiene protocols (tool disinfection, glove changes)
Physically job because of long hours of walking and bending in tulip fields

YOUR PROFILE

English language skills are an advantage (depends on the language level of your team)
Driving license is an advantage
Good visual attention to detail, especially in identifying tulip colours and shapes
Must be able to distinguish between colours
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in open-air conditions
Enthusiastic, driven and proactive
