WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Order Picker, you’ll be an essential part of the logistics process, making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with care and precision. You’ll be working in a modern distribution center that operates across three different departments. Currently we are looking for employees at HR Department (15 and 18°C), where additional allowance applies: Hour payment is €16,20 because employee receives additional €1,21 ADV per hour (14,99 + 1,21 = 16,20). Tasks may include:

  • Picking and packing products according to order specifications
  • Using handheld scanners and inventory systems
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of selected items
  • Replenishing stock and assisting with inventory control
  • Following safety regulations and warehouse procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

YOUR PROFILE

  • Communicative English language knowledge
  • Preferably, please attach your CV in English
  • Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
  • Some tasks may be physically demanding, requiring good overall physical fitness
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Holidays are not permitted during July and August, or during the last two weeks before Christmas.

WE OFFER

  • Bonus: €100 after 4 weeks of work and €200 after an additional 4 weeks of work (offer valid for arrivals until 17-07).
  • Action: Transport compensation for arrival or free accommodation (offer valid for arrivals until 17-07).
  • Hour payment is €16,20 because employee receives additional €1,21 ADV per hour (14,99 + 1,21 = 16,20)
  • Late hours allowance: - Monday to Friday: 20:00 - 22:00 is paid at 125%; 22:00 - 06:00 is paid at 150%
  • Weekend allowance: - Saturday: 06:00 – 18:00 is paid at 130%; 18:00 – 06:00 is paid at 150% - Sunday: is paid at 150%
  • Overtime: - above 9h per day is paid at 135% - above 40h per week is paid at 135%
  • 5 - 6 days per week
  • Working time: 07:00 – 16:00. Please note that the start and finish times may vary depending on operational needs.
  • 38 - 40 hours per week
  • The company provides suitable work clothing for the department and working conditions.
