WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Payroll Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships within payroll services in Flevoland, surrounding municipalities, and Friesland. You act as a key link between clients, employees, and internal departments, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of payroll processes. In your role, you are supported by the Payroll Back Office.

  • Maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Actively recruiting new customers in the Flevoland and Friesland regions
  • Advising clients on payroll, employment law and HR-related matters
  • Coordinating payroll and HR administration
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and turning them into concrete actions
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (including employment law and tax regulations)
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and staff
  • Working with internal departments such as HR, payroll and legal affairs
  • Analysing customer needs and translating them into appropriate solutions
  • Preparing reports and evaluations for clients
  • Keeping abreast of developments in legislation and regulations

YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) level of education and thinking (preferably in HRM, Business Administration or Finance)
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in payroll, account management or HR services
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and payroll administration
  • Commercial acumen and strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented
  • A good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written) and the ability to express oneself clearly in English.
  • Holds a Category B driving licence
