WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Order Picker, you’ll be an essential part of the logistics process, making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with care and precision. You’ll be working in a modern distribution center that operates across different departments. Currently we are looking for employees at AGF Department - this department mainly handles fresh products and fruit (temperature between 4 and 10°C), where additional allowance applies: Hour payment is €16,20 because employee receives additional €1,21 ADV per hour (14,99 + 1,21 = 16,20). There are a few halls / warehouse sections. In one of them, the temperature is around 4 and 5 °C (fresh products), while another hall is warmer, around 14 °C (fruits, etc.).Tasks may include:

Picking (voice picking) and packing products (fresh products and fruit, etc.), according to order specifications
Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
Ensuring the accuracy and quality of selected items
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Following safety regulations and warehouse procedures
Assisting with inventory control and stock replenishment

YOUR PROFILE

Communicative English language knowledge
Ability to work in cold conditions (the company provides appropriate protective clothing)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work at different shifts when needed
Some tasks may be physically demanding, requiring good overall physical fitness
Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
Availability to work in the weekend day, if needed
Holidays are not permitted during July and August, or during the last two weeks before Christmas
Basic knowledge of inventory systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in a similar role is an advantage

WE OFFER

Bonus: €150 after 8 weeks of work (offer valid for arrivals from 18-08 until 04-09).
If you work in HR department, your hour payment is €16,20 because employee receives additional €1,21 ADV per hour (14,99 + 1,21 = 16,20)
Overtime: - above 9h per day is paid at 135% - above 40h per week is paid at 135%
Late hours allowance: - Monday to Friday: 20:00 - 22:00 is paid at 125%; 22:00 - 06:00 is paid at 150%
Weekend allowance: - Saturday: 06:00 – 18:00 is paid at 130%; 18:00 – 06:00 is paid at 150% - Sunday: is paid at 150%
Working time: afternoon / evening shifts (start time and finishing time varies)
38 - 40 hours per week
5 - 6 days per week
The company provides suitable work clothing for the department and working conditions.
🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
