WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Are you experienced in payroll administration and do you enjoy supporting colleagues, maintaining oversight, and improving processes? If so, we are looking for you. For our Payroll Administration department, we are seeking a colleague who is eager to take responsibility, support team members, and actively contribute to the further development of the team. Together with five colleagues, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Level One Employment Agency and its clients. You will support colleagues, monitor the progress of activities, and proactively contribute ideas for improving processes and systems. You will work in a dynamic staffing environment with multiple collective labour agreements (CLAs), a wide variety of client requests, and diverse payroll processes.

  • You will process and check payroll and time records.
  • Together with the team, you will monitor the progress of the work.
  • You will assist colleagues with any queries they may have regarding payroll.
  • You’ll help to allocate tasks within the team.
  • You will set up payroll and administrative processes for new clients.
  • You check for changes to wages, rates and terms and conditions of employment.
  • You’ll stay up to date with changes to legislation and regulations.
  • You identify opportunities to make processes smarter, faster and more user-friendly for colleagues, customers and agency staff, and help to actually implement these improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

  • MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking.
  • A degree in finance, economics or administration would be an advantage.
  • You have experience of managing, supervising or coaching colleagues and feel comfortable in a coordinating role.
  • You have proven experience in payroll administration.
  • You have an affinity for administrative systems and automation. Knowledge of EasyFlex would be an advantage.
  • You work with attention to detail and consider it important that everything is correct.
  • You enjoy helping your colleagues and are happy to share your knowledge.
  • You’re good at keeping track of things and setting priorities.
  • You have good communication skills (Dutch and English) and are customer-focused.
  • You contribute ideas to find solutions and take the initiative to tackle tasks independently.
  • You are keen to learn and actively keep up to date with developments in the field.

WE OFFER

  • A gross monthly salary of between €3,400 and €4,200 based on a 40-hour working week, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • A non-contributory pension
  • A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre for journeys between home and work of 10 kilometres or more one way.
