WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Contract Management employee you are responsible for drafting, managing, and monitoring employment contracts and the associated personnel administration. The role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all contractual agreements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal procedures. Tasks may include:

  • Draft, process, and manage employment contracts, contract extensions, and all other documentation required for employment.
  • Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely handling of renewals, modifications, and expiring agreements.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date personnel and contract administration, including processing employee data changes.
  • Manage health insurance administration and maintain relationships with collective insurance providers.
  • Review employment documentation, investigate discrepancies to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide employee support and collaborate with Planning, Recruitment, and Coordination teams to ensure efficient information exchange and continuous process improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in a similar role where accuracy, organization, and coordination is a great advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Polish language is an advantage.
  • Driving license
  • Employees are expected to have their own means of transportation. To support the onboarding period, transportation assistance may be provided during the first two months of employment.
