WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Production and Cleaning employee, you will be working in a metal springs production company. This function has combined sort of task in production but also in cleaning. Tasks may include:

Operating spring-turning machines to shape metal springs according to specifications.
Painting springs using automated equipment, including hanging springs on the machine and removing them once the process is complete.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of machines and the surrounding production area.
Performing cleaning duties approximately 1 to 1.5 days per week, including cleaning the canteen, toilets, and hallways.
Performing other general tasks as needed in the production area.

YOUR PROFILE

Driving license
Communicative English language knowledge
English language knowledge is an advantage if you know Polish language.
Motivated and willing to perform both production and cleaning tasks.
Flexibility to work at different shifts when needed
Flexibility because during the training period you will be working in the morning schedule, and later you will be working in afternoon shift

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 14,99
Shift allowance: - hours between 18:00–21:00 are paid at 114.83% - 21:00–24:00 - paid at 129.66% - 00:00–06:00 - paid at 149.43%
The first 2 overtime hours are paid at 128,5%, if more than 2 - 146,63%
Work schedule: 6:00 - 15:00 or 14:45 - 23:15 (please check shift allowance for more details about the payment)
5 - 6 days per week
40 hours per week
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands.
