WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Carrot Production Employee, you'll operate filling machines, sort and inspect carrots, pack and stack products for shipment, maintain quality standards, and help keep the production area clean, safe, and organized. Tasks may include:

Operating a machine that fills carrot crates and boxes in a Scharp department.
Placing plastic liners into crates and boxes before filling.
Monitoring the filling process for crates (up to 20 kg) and large boxes.
Stacking filled carrot crates onto pallets.
Moving filled boxes using a hand pallet truck.
Working on a conveyor belt when the Schrap Department is not operating.
Sorting, inspecting, and packing carrots.
Cleaning workplace areas and equipment.
Working in a cool environment (approximately 10°C)

YOUR PROFILE

Driving license
Communicative Polish or communicative English language knowledge
Willingness to work shifts
Height: minimum 175 cm
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
Some tasks may be physically demanding, requiring good overall physical fitness

Hourly rate: € 14,99
Working time: rotating shifts - 06:00 - 15:00 - 15:00 - 00:00
Additional allowance from Monday - Friday: - 00:00 - 06:00 is paid at 140% - 19:00 - 23:00 is paid at 125% - 23:00 - 00:00 is paid at 140%

Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
