WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Working in one of the largest and most modern flower greenhouses in the Netherlands, you'll help grow, care for, and prepare seasonal flowers for shipment across Europe. From planting young flowers to carefully packing them for export, your role is key to ensuring high-quality plants reach customers looking their best. The work is varied and takes place in a vibrant and green environment where every day brings something new. Tasks may include:

Work in a greenhouse with plants in a fast-paced environment
Planting plants in pots and sorting seasonal flowers
Pulling weeds from pots and maintaining clean and healthy plants
Removing old or damaged flowers from plants
Packing orders and preparing plants for shipment
Preparing and packing flowers into foil or carton boxes
Accurately labeling boxes with shipping and product information
Operating a machine to place flowers into the ground (also taking care that the machine is working correctly)
Working on a production line (depending on the position)

YOUR PROFILE

Communicative Polish or communicative English language knowledge
Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Ability to work in warm conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic, driven and proactive
Responsible
Height: 1.65 m or taller

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 14,99
Working hours: working in shifts (to be consulted)
Overtime: above 38 hours per week is paid at 135%
5 - 6 days per week
35 - 55 hours per week
Seasonal or year-round work, depending on plant production cycles
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
