WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team. At our office in Emmeloord, you will work alongside a team of 4 to 5 recruiters. Our recruitment network goes beyond the Netherlands: you will also work closely with recruitment colleagues based in countries such as Poland and Romania. As a Recruiter for this position, you will focus specifically on recruiting skilled professionals for technical positions. You will take responsibility for finding qualified candidates across Europe and connecting them with the right opportunities within our organisation. You will use our existing candidate database, but your search does not stop there. You actively explore external job boards, professional networks and other sourcing channels, while developing your own strategy for reaching and engaging technical professionals.
