The company operates in the greenhouse sector and is responsible for growing crops and preparing greenhouses for new production cycles. After each growing season, the greenhouses are completely cleaned and prepared for the next cultivation period.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will be responsible for clearing and preparing the greenhouse for the next production cycle by removing plants, pipes, growing mats, foil, and other materials. Tasks may include:

  •  Cleaning and clearing the greenhouse after the production cycle.
  •  Removing old plants, roots, and plant waste from the greenhouse.
  •  Taking out growing mats, foil, pipes, and other cultivation materials.
  •  Dismantling and collecting greenhouse equipment and materials.
  •  Loading, carrying, and disposing of materials in designated areas.
  •  Keeping the work area clean and organized.
  •  Following safety instructions and working procedures.
  •  Assisting with general greenhouse clean-up and preparation for the next cultivation cycle.

YOUR PROFILE

  •  Some tasks may be physically demanding, requiring good overall physical fitness
  •  Strong and motivated workers.
  •  Comfortable working on your feet for long periods.
  •  Able to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
  •  Willing to work in a greenhouse environment.
  •  Flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  •  Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  •  Previous experience in greenhouse or agricultural work is an advantage but not required.

WE OFFER

  •  Hourly rate: € 14,99
  •  Candidates with a driving license will be given priority.
  •  Working time: 07:00 - 17:00
  •  38 - 40 hours per week
  •  5 days per week
  •  Dutch employment contract
  •  Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
  •  Accommodation provided (if necessary): € 113,9 per week
  •  🚗 Do you already have private accommodation? We offer travel allowance of €0.25 per km when using your own car (from 6.6 km up to 50 km per day).
  •  🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
