The company receives garments from Asia and is responsible for unloading, sorting, steaming (both by machine and by hand) and ironing when needed. As part of a larger international organization, they play a key role in the logistics chain of major fashion retailers.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a clothes warehouse worker, you’ll be part of an essential step in the fashion logistics process. From unpacking garments to preparing them for store display, your work ensures that clothing items arrive in perfect condition and on time. The tasks are varied and attention to detail and a steady pace are important. Tasks may include:

Unpacking and sorting clothing from cartons.
Moving boxes weighing up to 15 kg and transporting them approximately 300 meters (up to 2 to 3 hours per shift, not every day).
Sorting garments at worktables and hanging clothing on hangers.
Preparing items for ironing and carrying out ironing/steaming processes.
Ironing garments throughout the full 8-hour shift in a warm and humid work environment.
Labeling products.
Loading and unloading goods.
Organizing and maintaining stock.
Performing quality control checks to ensure garments meet company standards.

YOUR PROFILE

Communicative Polish or communicative English language knowledge
Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
For this position, similar work experience is not needed
Ability to work in 3 shifts
Enthusiastic, driven and proactive
Motivation
Ability to stand for the entire shift (sitting is not permitted during work).
Flexibility to work two Sundays per month (when needed). Sundays hours are paid at extra rate.
Necessary to wear safety shoes

Hourly rate: € 15,45
Working schedule: - 06:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 22:00 - 22:00 - 06:00
Shift allowance from Monday to Friday: - 00:00 - 06:00 is paid 145% - 19:00 - 20:00 is paid 122,50% - 20:00 - 00:00 is paid 145%
Weekend allowance on Saturdays: - 00:00 - 06:00 is paid 145% - 14:00 - 17:00 is paid 133,33% - 17:00 - 18:00 is paid 145% - 18:00 - 00:00 is paid 190%
Weekend allowance on Sundays: - 00:00 - 00:00 is paid at 190%
5 - 6 days per week
37 - 45 hours per week
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week

Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands.
