WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Coordinator, you play a key role in managing and supporting our temporary workforce. You act as the link between our flex workers and the clients they work for. This hybrid role combines recruitment coordination, logistical planning, and on-the-job coaching to ensure smooth placements and strong working relationships. The working place can be at the office in Emmeloord or at one of our clients. Your tasks may include:

Handle issues related to performance, conflicts, or safety, and work toward practical, people-focused solutions
Work closely with planning teams to arrange transport and accommodation
Act as the main point of contact for clients and flex workers, ensuring smooth communication, aligned expectations, and strong relationships
Coordinate work schedules and ensure proper staffing in line with client needs
Provide clear instructions, job introductions, and workplace expectations to new flex workers
Monitor job performance, offer regular feedback, and support flex workers throughout their assignments to ensure success and client satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

Driving license
Good Polish and English language knowledge
We are looking for someone who loves helping others
Similar experience is an advantage; key qualities include being organized, a good communicator, and willing to take on various tasks
Seeking someone enthusiastic, quick to learn, and eager to contribute to the team's success
No perfect CV needed – looking for the right person, not just the right paperwork

Accommodation provided (if necessary): € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
