WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Line Operator to join our team at the fish factory, primarily working during the evening shift. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, managing the team and maintaining product quality. The position offers an exciting opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility, with the ultimate goal of running the evening shift independently after the training period. Get familiar with the machines, processes and products during the initial period
Assist in coordinating and guiding the team during the shift
Oversee the line and ensure all machines are running smoothly
Aim to understand all aspects of the production line to independently manage the evening shift
Assisting the team in production line processes
Work in an environment with a temperature of 8°C

YOUR PROFILE

Communicative Polish and communicative English language knowledge
Driving license
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
If a man has a beard, it must be covered with a white beard net
Willing to obtain a First Aid certificate
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivation
Company regulations prohibit the wearing of jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes and nails, and makeup both during working hours and during company tours

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: - Morning shift: € 17,11 (The starting salary is €15 per hour during the two-month training period. After this period, the rate will be 17,11)
- Evening shift: € 20,10 because every hour is paid 115% (€ 17,11 + 17,5% = € 20,10) Shift depends on the company need.
Working time: - 05:00 - 14:30 OR - 14:30 - 00:15 (discuss with recruiter about the possibilities)
Overtime: above 40 hours per week is paid at 125%
Weekend allowance: Saturdays are paid at 150%
5 - 6 days per week
38 - 42 hours per week
