WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic production team, responsible for handling flowers throughout the production process. You will ensure that all flowers are packed, sorted, and checked for quality, while maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow. Your work will involve standing at the production line, performing tasks at a steady pace, and keeping your workspace clean and organized. Tasks include:

Work on the production line, including packing and cleaning flowers.
Sort, pack, and inspect flowers to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor and maintain a smooth and efficient production process.
Keep the workplace organized and clean, including areas under tables and around the production line.
Stand and work at a designated position on the production line at a steady pace.
After training, you will have the opportunity to rotate between different positions such as planting, sorting, and potting.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience in production is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team and under time pressure
Accuracy and reliability in performing tasks
Willingness to work in a shift system
Motivation to work and eagerness to learn new skills
Energetic, motivated, and ready to contribute
Driving license is an advantage
Good Polish language knowledge
During the first year, work is required over the Christmas period; from the second year onward, Christmas work is optional.

WE OFFER

Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 98 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 37,87 per week
Overtime: above 38 hours per week is paid at 135%
