WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role you will be responsible for the daily care and handling of roses in the greenhouse. You will contribute to every step of the production process, from planting to harvesting, sorting, and arranging flower bouquets. Tasks include:

Cutting roses and picking flower bundles in the greenhouse hot conditions.
Sorting and arranging flower bouquets.
Assisting with general greenhouse maintenance, including cleaning and switching plants (removing old plants and planting young ones).
Performing cleaning tasks at the end of the year.
Being aware of safety and taking care of your hands, as thorns may cause scratches.

YOUR PROFILE

Able to work on Sundays; one day off can be scheduled between Monday and Friday
During the first year, work is required over the Christmas period; from the second year onward, Christmas work is optional.
Communicative Polish or communicative English language knowledge
Your height is important for this work; you must be at least 175 cm tall
Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
Experience working in a greenhouse is a plus, especially with roses
Flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks as needed

WE OFFER

Action: Transport compensation for arrival or free accommodation for the first week (offer valid for arrivals until 14-08).
Hourly rate: € 14,99
Overtime: above 8 hours per day is paid at 135%
Overtime: above 38 hours per week is paid at 135%
In the summer period, there will be a possibility to work extra hours
6 working days per week (1 day off in the middle of the working week). Saturday and Sunday are working days
Working hours: from 06:00 - 17:00; Hours may vary
38 - 55 working hours per week
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
🚗 Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day. Fuel or charging costs are fully covered by Level One.

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
