Their production covers around 160 hectares, and they grow peppers in four different colors: yellow, orange, red, and green. The company supplies high-quality products to both Dutch retailers and international markets, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and efficient processing.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Working as a bell pepper harvester means being part of an essential step in the production process. You’ll spend your days in a warm and modern greenhouse environment, carefully cutting ripe bell peppers from the plants. Precision and a good work rhythm are important, as you’ll help ensure the vegetables are harvested on time and in perfect condition. Tasks may include:

Checking the ripeness and quality of the peppers
Keeping your workstation and greenhouse rows clean and orderly
Working in a warm greenhouse environment, often walking or standing for long periods
Following hygiene and safety procedures
Harvesting bell peppers by hand using a small cutting tool

YOUR PROFILE

Communicative Polish or communicative English language knowledge
Possibility to stay until the end of the season (6 - 8 months) or all year round
Candidates with a driving license will be given priority
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Must be able to distinguish between colours
Not afraid of heights
Motivation
Ability to work in warm conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 16,47
Bonus: All employees receive a bonus of €15 net per week worked (minimal 3 days), which is paid out twice a year in April and October if your work performance is meeting the company required standard
Overtime: - above 38 hours per week is paid 135% - above 8 hours per day is paid 135%
42 - 50 working hours per week
Working time: 07:00 - 17:00/18:00
5 - 6 days per week
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
Good working conditions

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
