WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Employee Coordinator, you play a key role in managing and supporting our temporary workforce. You act as the link between our flex workers and the clients they work for. This hybrid role combines helping our flex workers wherever they need, logistical planning and on-the-job coaching to ensure smooth placements and strong working relationships. You’ll spend most of your time visiting our clients, where you’ll be supporting flex workers directly on the work floor (around 70% of the time). The rest of the time, you’ll work from our office in Emmeloord. Your tasks may include:

Coordinate work schedules and ensure proper staffing in line with client needs
Provide clear instructions, job introductions, and workplace expectations to new flex workers
Monitor job performance, offer regular feedback, and support flex workers throughout their assignments to ensure success and client satisfaction
Handle issues related to performance, conflicts, or safety, and work toward practical, people-focused solutions
Work closely with planning teams to arrange transport and accommodation
Act as the main point of contact for clients and flex workers, ensuring smooth communication, aligned expectations, and strong relationships
Visiting clients to support our flex workers where they need

YOUR PROFILE

Required to speak both English and Polish due to an international team and flex workers from different European countries
A Category B driving license is necessary for visiting clients or workplaces
No need for extensive experience; key qualities include being organized, a good communicator and willing to take on various tasks
Seeking someone enthusiastic, quick to learn and eager to contribute to the team's success
