WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

THIS JOB OFFER HAS A START DATE OF FEBRUARY 2026. In this role, you will assist with the daily care, maintenance and quality control of potted plants inside the greenhouse. You will work together with your team on the production line to care for and maintain potted plants in the greenhouse. Tasks may include:

Carry out tasks on the greenhouse production line, ensuring smooth workflow and plant care
Work with flowers by planting and removing old or damaged flowers from plants
Unload plant cars and help with moving plants around the greenhouse
Perform various tasks connected with greenhouse operations

YOUR PROFILE

Good Polish or communicative English language knowledge
Driving license is an advantage
Ability to work in warm conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic, driven and proactive

Hourly rate: € 14,71
Working hours (in shifts): - 06:00 - 18:00 - 14:00 - 23:00 - 18:00 - 06:00
Shift allowance: after 20:00 is paid at 150,00%
Overtime: - above 10 hours per day is paid at 150% - above 38 hours per week is paid at 135% - above 48 hours per week is paid at 150%
35 - 55 working hours per week
5 - 6 days per week
Seasonal or year-round work, depending on plant production cycles
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 98 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 37,87 per week
