WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will operate the press machine and applying color to the finished product through a spraying process, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production standards. Tasks may include:

Handle TBS products individually, preparing them for production and ensuring they are ready for pressing and coating
Operate the press and apply color or rubber coatings to the finished products
Monitor product quality and ensure consistency
Follow safety and production guidelines
Physically job because of standing for long periods while operating the press machine
