Their production covers around 160 hectares, and they grow peppers in four different colors: yellow, orange, red, and green. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Greenhouse Foreman, you are responsible for managing all greenhouse operations related to the growth, care, and harvesting of bell peppers. In this role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure optimal productivity, plant health, and product quality. Tasks may include:

Coaching and supporting a team employees, giving clear instructions, and ensuring a positive working atmosphere
Organizing daily activities based on workload and season, managing crop rotation, and making sure materials are available on time
Overseeing the cleanliness and order of the greenhouse, solving minor malfunctions, and coordinating with technical support when needed
Supervising the work process, checking quality standards, and guiding the team where necessary
Keeping colleagues informed about planning, crop volume, and quality, and ensuring smooth teamwork across departments
