WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this position, you work directly on the production line. Your main focus is to monitor the machine, keep the line running smoothly and make sure materials are supplied on time. You are not a mechanic. Small technical issues are part of the job, but larger or complex problems are handled by the technical service or team leader. Experience as an operator or in production or food processing is an advantage, but not required. To make sure you get a good start, you will receive proper training during your first weeks at the company, so you can learn the processes and machines step by step. Your tasks include:

Monitoring the production and packaging machine
Keeping the production line running smoothly (ensuring timely supply of raw materials, monitoring for any line stoppages)
Solving small technical problems when they occur
Reporting issues or irregularities to the team leader
Working closely with colleagues on the production line
Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organized
Following safety, hygiene, and quality regulations

YOUR PROFILE

You like working in a production environment
Basic technical understanding (monitoring machines, not repairing them)
Willing to learn and take responsibility for your part of the line
Hands-on and practical mindset
Able to work independently and in a team
Communicative English communication skills
Driving license B is needed
Experience as operator or in production or food processing is an advantage, but not required
