WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role with a lot of responsibility, you are the main contact for our clients. You stay in close contact, understand what they need, and make sure everything is well arranged. If there's a question or urgent request, you act quickly to find the right solution. You regularly visit clients to check how things are going, for both the company and our flex workers. The company needs more employees? You discuss this and help find the right people together with our recruitment team. You also help grow our network by looking for new clients and opportunities. In short: you make sure our clients are happy and well supported, every day. Tasks may include:

Maintaining strong and proactive relationships with clients
Responding quickly to client questions and requests
Visiting clients regularly
Assessing client needs and coordinating with recruitment for staffing
Identifying opportunities for new clients and business growth
Collaborating internally to provide the best solutions and service

YOUR PROFILE

Good English and Dutch language knowledge
You’re enthusiastic and sociable
Driving license
You love organizing and problem-solving
You’re reliable and think in terms of solutions
You’re available part-time or full-time, depending on what works best for you
