WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As Tulip Farm All-around Employee, you will be responsible for the full cycle of tulip production, from planting and caring for bulbs to harvesting, packing, quality control, and inventory management, ensuring high standards throughout the year. Tasks may include:

Plant tulip bulbs in the field with correct depth and spacing
Perform seasonal fieldwork for several weeks per year
Maintain and care for tulips through watering, fertilizing, weeding, pruning, and disease prevention
Harvest mature tulip flowers carefully to avoid damage
Sort, pack, and prepare tulips for shipping or sale
Store and manage tulip bulb inventory, categorizing by species or quality
Inspect tulips during growth and after harvest, removing damaged or diseased plants (quality control)

YOUR PROFILE

Not afraid of working both in the field and in the hall
Strong motivation and positive work attitude
Experience with tulip bulbs is a plus
Driving license
Good English or Polish language knowledge

WE OFFER

Payment per hour: € 15,50 and possibility to earn € 16,00 after a few weeks, depending on performance
5 - 6 working days per week
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 98 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 37,87 per week
Long term job
Overtime: after 42 hours is paid 135%
