WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating part of the production process within a modern food company. You’ll ensure that daily operations run smoothly, production targets are met, and employees are guided and supported in their work. It’s a varied role where leadership, organization, and process optimization come together. Tasks include:

Overseeing and coordinating one or more sub-processes on the production line
Managing a team of up to 10 employees (with seasonal growth up to 20)
Ensuring the preparation and execution of production processes
Coordinating product supply and deployment of drivers and staff
Preparing personnel schedules and discussing production planning and sequence
Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing processes for efficiency and quality
Ensuring correct and safe use of production lines and compliance with company procedures
Leading and coaching employees, and chairing work meetings
Participating in and implementing process improvement projects
Handling administration related to production and staff
occasionally helping/cooperating at the production line

YOUR PROFILE

Good Polish and English language knowledge
Driving license
Able to read schedules and communicate effectively with colleagues such as production managers, mechanics or HR – in Dutch or English
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Flexibility in working days and times, as the company operates 6 days per week (you will work 5) in both day and evening shifts, including possible overtime
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and guide a team
Responsible
Enthusiastic, driven and proactive
Willingness to comply with company regulations: no piercings, fake eyelashes, or fake nails are allowed during work and during the company tour

WE OFFER

Payment per hour: €17,02
Working hours: from 06:00/07:00 - 17:00 or from 09:00 - 18:00
Overtime: above 40 hours per week is paid at 135%
Shift allowance from Monday to Friday: - 00:00 - 06:00 is paid 140% - 19:00 - 23:00 is paid 125% - 23:00 - 24:00 is paid 140%
Weekend allowance on Saturdays: - 00:00- 06:00 is paid 140% - 15:00 - 23:00 is paid 125% - 23:00 - 24:00 is paid 200%
Weekend allowance on Sundays: - 00:00 - 23:00 is paid 200% - 23:00- 24:00 is paid 140%
5 - 6 days per week
