WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will work with various machines and perform operations on the parts we manufacture. Your work will extend the life of (spare) parts for large installations, pumps, and machines. This prevents large factories and installations from coming to a standstill unnecessarily. You’ll be part of a young team of specialists where quality, safety and collaboration are top priorities. Tasks may include:

Set up, operate and monitor CNC machines (turning, milling, and/or multi-axis equipment)
Carry out machining processes such as CNC milling, CNC turning and precision grinding
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and customer specifications to produce accurate components
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments
Maintain a clean, orderly and safe working environment in compliance with company safety procedures

YOUR PROFILE

Good English language knowledge
Driving license
Experience in both CNC and conventional machining, focusing on one-offs and small series
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances and machining specifications
Comfortable working with Siemens-controlled machines and other modern machining systems
Ambition to grow in CAD/CAM systems
Proactive, hands-on and capable of solving technical issues independently
Willing to learn, adapt and contribute to continuous process improvements
Resilient and flexible without a rigid 9-to-5 mindset
