WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will work on various production lines, operating and setting up machines. You will be trained on the job to quickly develop the necessary skills and knowledge. Tasks may include:

Operate and set up packaging machines across different production lines
Supply materials to machines and monitor correct machine operation
Complete production orders and ensure a smooth changeover to the next order
Carry out visual quality inspections and basic measurements on finished products
Monitor process and quality data and adjust machine parameters manually or via the control panel
Follow safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times
Perform cleaning activities and first-line maintenance, including resolving minor technical issues

YOUR PROFILE

Good English language knowledge
Driving license
Willingness to work shifts
Technical insight combined with a strong willingness to learn
Enthusiastic, driven and proactive
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

It is important to wear long jeans and safety shoes while working. It is not allowed to wear facial piercings or false nails.

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 15,74, because each hour is paid at 105% (€ 14,99 + 5% = € 15,74)
Shift allowance: every hour is paid at 105% (morning shift and night shift hours)
Working time: (rotating 12 h shifts) (4 days): - 6.30 - 14.15 - 18:30 - 6:30
A typical workweek consists of 4 days of 12-hour shifts. You will work on a rotating schedule, so your day off may be different each week. This means you will work approximately 48 hours per week, with the possibility of working a fifth day occasionally when needed. Exception: During the high season, you will typically work 5 days per week.
The position includes a one-month trial period.
