WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Order Picker, you’ll be an essential part of the logistics process, making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with care and precision. You’ll be working in a modern distribution center that operates across three departments: the HR department at 18°C, the Cooling department at 0°C, and the Deep Freezer, where it’s -24°C (where you’ll receive an extra 8% bonus per hour for working in the cold). Tasks may include:

Picking and packing products according to order specifications
Using handheld scanners and inventory systems
Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
Ensuring the accuracy and quality of selected items
Replenishing stock and assisting with inventory control
Following safety regulations and warehouse procedures
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

YOUR PROFILE

Good English language knowledge or Dutch.
Driving license
Flexible mindset
Responsible
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of inventory systems
Capable of lifting and moving heavier objects as part of the job
Ability to work efficiently and independently

Hourly rate: € 14,16 + additional € 1,15 ADV per hour

Shift allowances Monday to Friday: 20:00 – 22:00 is paid 125%; 22:00 – 06:00 is paid 150%
Shift allowance Saturday: 06:00 – 18:00 is paid 130%; 18:00 – 06:00 is paid 150%
Allowances: Holidays are paid 100%; Sundays are paid 150%
Overtime: above 9h per day is paid 135%; above 40h per week is paid 135%
