WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will operate across multiple production or packaging lines in a high-volume environment, involving processes such as washing, drying and mixing. It is part of a structured job series with three levels, requiring oversight of production, coordination with team members and ensuring efficiency and quality. Tasks may include:

Prepare, monitor and manage production or packaging processes, ensuring that production runs efficiently, meets quality standards and operates safely
Coordinate production schedules with the supervisor and internal teams to align tasks and timelines
Ensure timely availability of materials in the required quantities to avoid delays and maintain continuous production
Assign workstations and provide clear instructions to team members to organize the team
Set up, start and adjust machinery as needed to enable smooth production and adapt processes to operational requirements
Monitor process progress, conduct periodic checks and promptly resolve disruptions to minimize downtime and maintain output quality
Provide guidance to line staff and correct errors immediately to support team members, maintain standards and prevent repeated mistakes
Record production data, personnel usage, resources and material consumption, ensuring accurate closure of production orders for reporting and inventory management
Address minor technical issues and escalate major problems to the supervisor or technical department to ensure quick problem-solving while involving specialized support when necessary
Work in cool temperatures: 5-10 degrees

YOUR PROFILE

Good Polish and English or Dutch language knowledge
Driving license
Ability to work in the morning and afternoon
Experience in a similar job
Ability to work in cold conditions (the company provides appropriate protective clothing)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic, driven and proactive
Responsible
Company regulations prohibit the wearing of jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes and nails, and makeup both during working hours and during company tours

Additional allowance from Monday - Friday: - 00:00 - 06:00 is paid at 140% - 19:00 - 23:00 is paid at 125% - 23:00 - 00:00 is paid at 140%
Weekend allowance on Saturdays: - 00:00 - 06:00 is paid at 140% - 15:00 - 23:00 is paid at 125% - 23:00 - 24:00 is paid at 200%
