WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sickness Absence Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing short-term sickness absence among temporary employees and supporting their timely and successful return to work. The ideal candidate is communicative, organized, and able to handle sensitive situations professionally while maintaining a positive and supportive approach. Key responsibilities:

Contacting temporary employees who report sick
Monitoring and managing short-term sickness absence cases
Maintaining regular communication with absent employees
Occasionally holding in-person meetings at the office with employees
Supporting employees in returning to work
Coordinating with planning, coordinators, and colleagues from the sickness department regarding absence cases
Maintaining accurate records and reports related to absenteeism
Identifying patterns or recurring absence issues and escalating when necessary
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable employment regulations
Comfortable handling confidential information

YOUR PROFILE

Driving license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic but able to maintain clear boundaries
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and take initiative
Good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: €14,71, increasing to €14.99 from July 1st.
