WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in driving the recruitment process and ensuring it runs smoothly. You'll be an essential part of the team, handling everything from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and making sure our recruitment efforts are efficient and well-organized. The work is based at our office in Emmeloord, in the Netherlands. Tasks may include:

Providing accurate and timely information to job seekers regarding current vacancies, application procedures, and the overall recruitment process
Sourcing and attracting candidates using various search methods to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and applications and conducting initial video interview screenings
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews, candidate selection, and offer/closing stages
Welcoming candidates and employees upon arrival at the office and delivering presentations when required
Supporting the onboarding process by ensuring new hires receive all necessary information for a smooth and positive start
Providing translation assistance when needed
Contributing ideas and input for system and process improvements
Demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying the best candidate–role match and fulfilling client requirements

YOUR PROFILE

Good knowledge of Romanian and English languages (spoken and written)
Driving licence (category B) and preferably own transportation
Work experience as a recruiter is an advantage
Good communication skills
Microsoft office skills
Quick learning and open for developing yourself
You are target-driven, proactive and curious
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WE OFFER

The work is based at our office in Emmeloord, in the Netherlands
Good salary: Including holiday pay, and a non-contributory pension (Start salary €2560 gross)
Working time: 08:30 - 17:00
5 days per week
Contract: 7 months (from which 1st month is proof-month from both sides). If everything goes well, possibility to grow towards permanent contract.
