WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a tractor driver, you'll transport materials, handle loading tasks, support logistics, and ensure safe operations in the greenhouse. Tasks may include:

Driving and operating a tractor safely in and around the greenhouse
Transporting flowers, plants, carts, and materials between departments
Loading and unloading carts, containers, and other materials
Assisting with daily logistics and greenhouse operations
Performing basic vehicle inspections and reporting technical issues
Following all health, safety, and quality procedures

YOUR PROFILE

Driving license
Communicative English language knowledge
Good sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience operating a tractor is preferred.

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 14,71
After a 4-week trial period, the employee will be placed in a higher salary scale.
Working mainly day shifts
Working in shifts during peak periods
Following standard working hours of 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00 during high season
5 - 6 days per week
35 - 55 hours per week
Additional allowance of 50% for hours worked after 20:00
Overtime: above 38 hours per week is paid at 135%
Dutch employment contract
Provided accommodation: € 109 per week
Dutch health insurance: € 38,22 per week
