WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Supervisor in the Logistics & Warehouse department, you ensure that all ingredients and materials are in the right place and in the correct quantities every day. You are also responsible for the accurate distribution of company produced meals to the customers. You will do this together with a team of logistics colleagues, for whom you are responsible for both management and execution. What does your new workplace look like and who are your colleagues? The Logistics & Warehouse department consists of two sub-departments: Inbound Warehouse – where all raw materials arrive, from fresh broccoli and frozen fish to packaging materials. Expedition (Shipping) – where robot stacks prepared meals onto pallets, which are then stored in the freezer until transport to the customers. You will join the team led by Logistics Manager, working alongside: 2 administrative staff 2 senior operators Together, you will manage two sub-teams of 15–20 logistics employees. You maintain oversight, coordinate with colleagues, and effortlessly translate internal requests into operational execution.
