WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a QA/QC Coordinator, you ensure that the company certifications (FSSC22000, ISO14001, Beter Leven, ASC/MSC, and Halal) are always up to date and compliant. You coordinate both internal and external audits, analyze processes, and initiate improvement actions. In addition, you handle complex complaints and translate them into structural improvements. With your expertise in Quality Assurance and Control, you elevate company's quality standards to a higher level. What does your new workplace look like and who are your colleagues?   • Coordinating internal audits based on our certifications and work processes;
  • Managing and guiding external audits, ensuring everything is perfectly organized;
  • Analyzing quality processes and translating insights into concrete improvement actions;
  • Handling complex complaints and converting them into structural improvement projects;
  • Distributing tasks within the QA/QC team and ensuring clarity of responsibilities;
  • Preparing clear reports and analyses to advise management on improvements;
  • Ensuring that procedures and work instructions remain up to date and aligned with the latest requirements and certifications.
  • Work split: 50% office-based and 50% on the production floor.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO), preferably in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a similar field;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality management within the food industry;
  • Experience with quality management systems and certifications such as FSSC22000, ISO14001, Beter Leven, ASC/MSC, and Halal;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve processes;
  • Experience in coordinating internal and external audits; and / or QA or QA experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments;
  • A solution-oriented mindset, turning complaints into opportunities;
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations within the food industry;
  • A confident and resilient attitude.
  • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English (reading, speaking, and writing) due to drafting and updating policy documents;

  • Travel allowance: €0.23 per km from 10 km one-way;
