WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will support employees who are absent due to illness, manage their reintegration process, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (e.g. Wet verbetering poortwachter). You will act as a key contact between the employee, employer, medical professionals, and UWV. Your tasks may include:

  • Monitor and guide the reintegration process for sick employees
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with employees and other stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all case activities
  • Collaborate with company doctors (bedrijfsarts) and other medical experts
  • Advise clients on absenteeism management and related procedures
  • Stay up to date with Dutch labor laws and sickness regulations
  • Provide support in improving absence policy and internal procedures

YOUR PROFILE

  • MBO+/HBO degree or equivalent experience (beneficial)
  • Experience in case management or related field (preferably in the uitzendbranche - beneficial)
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law and sickness absence regulations (beneficial)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Required languages: English and Polish
  • Driving license
