WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Employee Coordinator, you play a key role in managing and supporting our temporary workforce. You act as the link between our temporary employees and the clients they work for. This hybrid role combines recruitment coordination, logistical planning, and on-the-job coaching to ensure smooth placements and strong working relationships. The working place can be at the office or at one of our customers. Your tasks may include:

Coordinate work schedules and ensure proper staffing in line with client needs
Provide clear instructions, job introductions, and workplace expectations to new temporary employees
Monitor job performance, offer regular feedback, and support temporary workers throughout their assignments to ensure success and client satisfaction
Handle issues related to performance, conflicts, or safety, and work toward practical, people-focused solutions
Work closely with planning teams to arrange transport and accommodation
Act as the main point of contact for clients and temporary staff, ensuring smooth communication, aligned expectations, and strong relationships

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who loves helping others
No need for extensive experience; key qualities include being organized, a good communicator, and willing to take on various tasks
Required to speak both English and Polish due to an international team and flex workers from different European countries
A Category B driving license is necessary for visiting clients or workplaces
Seeking someone enthusiastic, quick to learn, and eager to contribute to the team's success
No perfect CV needed – looking for the right person, not just the right paperwork
