WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a general production worker, you’ll be part of a production facility that manufactures technical and agricultural springs. The company uses automated machines and equipment to produce a wide range of metal springs for customers across Europe. Your role will focus on machine operation, supporting the painting process, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. Taks include:

Operating spring-turning machines to shape metal springs according to specifications
Painting springs using automated equipment, this includes hanging springs on the machine and removing them once the process is complete
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of the machines and surrounding area
Performing other general tasks as needed in the production area

YOUR PROFILE

Communicative English language skills
Driving license is an advantage
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Hourly rate: € 14,40
Working time: - 6:00 - 15:00 - 14:45 - 23:15
Overtime: above 40 hours is paid at 128,5%
Shift allowance from Monday to Friday: - 18:00 - 21:00 is paid 114,83% - 21:00 - 24:00 is paid 129,66% - 00:00 - 06:00 is paid 149,43%
Weekend allowance on Saturdays is paid at 146,63%
Weekend allowance on Sundays is paid at 184,52%
