WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an aircraft sprayer, you will be responsible for all phases within the spraying process, with the goal of delivering a high-quality end result within the specified lead times. Tasks may include:

Preparing surfaces, such as masking, sanding, and degreasing
Spraying primers and top coatings
Independently applying and repairing sealant
Mixing paint independently, taking into account mixing ratio, viscosity, temperature, humidity and induction time
Operating and maintaining spray equipment and related tools; performing tests, understanding requirements for mica or metallic paints and recognizing common equipment defects
Independently applying decals, spray molds, decoration lines and technical lettering according to drawings
Assisting colleagues during work processes as needed
Providing support and guidance to less experienced employees
Performing visual quality checks throughout the process
Ensuring a safe and organized workplace in line with health and environmental regulations
Carrying out any other reasonable duties related to the position

YOUR PROFILE

Good English language knowledge
Driving license
Demonstrated experience with aircraft spraying or similar industrial spraying techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions/processes
Accurate, quality-conscious and solution-oriented
Confident and effective communicator
Capable of prioritizing work independently and taking initiative to complete tasks on time
Willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WE OFFER

Hourly rate: € 17,00
Working time: Morning shift (no fixed schedule)
Shift allowance: after 18:00 are paid at 117,2%
Overtime: above 40 hours per week is paid at 135%
Weekend allowance: Sunday hours are paid at 150%
5 - 6 days per week
40 - 45 working hours per week
Long term work in the Netherlands, after one year you can get an undetermined contract
Dutch employment contract
Possibility to choose to live in a double room alone (for an additional cost)
Possibility to use the company car for personal use (for an additional cost)
Dutch health insurance: € 37,87 per week
