WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Line Operator to join our team at the fish factory, primarily working during the evening shift. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, managing the team, and maintaining product quality. The position offers an exciting opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility, with the ultimate goal of running the evening shift independently after the training period. More information about the tasks and working environment:

Work in an environment with a temperature of 14°C.
Work during the evening shift from 14:30 to 00:15.
Get familiar with the machines, processes, and products during the initial period.
Aim to understand all aspects of the production line to independently manage the evening shift.
Assist in coordinating and guiding the team during the shift.
Oversee the line and ensure all machines are running smoothly.

YOUR PROFILE

English language knowledge
Driving license
Motivated to start a new job and learn
Willing to obtain a First Aid certificate
Company regulations prohibit the wearing of jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes and nails, and makeup both during working hours and during company tours.

Hourly rate at evening shift: € 18,71 because every hour is paid 115%: € 16,27 + 15% = € 18,71
