WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Are you a commercial jack-of-all-trades who enjoys playing a central role in driving commercial opportunities within the staffing industry? Do you have experience in a sales position and do you feel at home in a dynamic environment? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! As team lead commercial sales, you are the connecting factor between our accountmanagers, recruiters and the operational department within Level One. You have a keen eye for commercial opportunities and know how to manage and expand customer relations in a professional and service-oriented way. You work closely with the accountmanagers and ensure that internal processes run smoothly. Tasks may include:

Supporting the sales team in preparing quotations and processing rates.
Maintain and build contacts with existing customers and partners via phone, e-mail and other channels.
Spotting commercial opportunities and trends in the market.
Act as first point of contact for relationship managers for operational queries.
Managing customer files and maintaining reports on commercial performance.
Ensure that all administrative processes around contract management of migrant workers run smoothly.
Collaborate with your colleagues to optimise work processes.
Report to management on results, customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

At least an HBO working and thinking level.
Experience in a commercial position within the staffing industry, preferably in the migrant worker sector.
Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English
You are entrepreneurial, results-oriented and work in a structured way.
Organisationally strong and stress-resistant
Team player who dares to take initiative
Available full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours)
